Shipping estimates
U.S. delivery commonly takes an additional 4–8 business days after production. These are editable estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
When available, tracking details are emailed after the carrier receives your package. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Damaged or misprinted items
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review eligible manufacturing or transit issues and explain the next step.
Wrong items
If you receive the wrong product, color, or size, contact support with photos of the item and packing label so the order can be reviewed.
Returns and exchanges
Because products are made to order, returns for buyer’s remorse or size selection may be limited. Final terms should be confirmed before launch and shown at checkout.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately. An order may only be cancelled before production begins. Once fulfillment starts, changes are usually not possible.
